Live Happy one day seminar

Do you sometimes wish life came with a handbook?

All parents desire to be the best parent they can be. At times it can be hard, either because you are so concerned about your child that you don’t know what to do, because you’ve tried everything, and/or because children seem to know how to push every button in your body. What changes can you make to address these challenges? And what changes can your child make? The process of becoming aware of and taking responsibility for your actions, feelings, thoughts and attitudes leads to conscious parenting and a happy family. The process of utilising neuroplasticity to enhance brain body connections will support your child’s sensory and motor systems so that life and school is easier. And addressing nutrition and gut health in the most foundational way will enable the brain and body to be the best it can be. The seminar will cover all three of these areas.

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” Gandhi

The one-day introductory seminar is a mix of instruction, and practical take home tools. All geared towards cultivating families that are happy regardless of what is going on in our lives: because we believe this is possible. We’ve worked with hundreds of families sharing the science and heart all wrapped up into an effective approach.
